It would be no great surprise to hear that I love the chance to paint splashing water in my paintings when I get an opportunity to- so I would say painting this new Papyrus card was right up my alley!
It was to be all about a rainy day- here is the quick sketch-
add a lil rainy day plaid, and ...voila-
I painted up these extra bits so that we could play around a lil on the card interior and the envelope design. While the doggie got cut (sorry pup!), the umbrella and rain splatter happily made it onto the envelope liner (ooooh, i love envelope liners!).

The final Papyrus product-
All those rhinestones and shiny glitter embellishing the plaid umbrella will surely make you smile on any rainy day.
