My new tassels and pompoms birthday card is out now.
And you know if you’re getting one of my Papyrus birthday greeting cards- you’re likely getting a special decorative embellishment as well! On this one it’s all about the puffy pompoms and puffy lettering too!!!!
A peek at my process- this is the color planning sketch - which I almost always do before starting the final artwork. I do light washes of paint on print outs of my sketch - and once I’m happy with the plan- it’s time to start painting gouache on watercolor paper.
